Ben joined Soliton IT in 2020 as a Senior Project Manager – supporting the Project Management team. He started his healthcare IT career as a Java developer with HSS (now Wellbeing Software) in 2005, where he worked on CRIS for 5 years before switching to a role in Project Management. With increasing experience in Go-Lives and customer engagement, Ben was promoted to Project Lead where he adopted larger and more complex projects, wrote explanatory and process documentation and provided technical guidance to colleagues.
Following HSS, Ben also widened his RIS/PACS expertise within Carestream (now Philips) to manage the deployment of RIS and PACS into a number of London sites. It was during this time that he began to engage with the Soliton IT team.
In July 2020, Ben accepted the role of Senior Project Manager in Soliton IT, focussing on deployment and specialising in inter/intra-Trust workflow with Soliton IT’s already successful Share+ application.
