Soliton IT is delighted to announce receipt of project award for the recent RIS procurement at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

The Trust, consisting of two primary hospital sites (Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital), is one of the top ranked and performing hospital trusts in the UK, treating over 300,000 patients per year. The Trust provides an extensive array of radiology services using a variety of modern technologies and techniques, and collaboratively performs nearly half a million clinical examinations annually.

The RIS project replaces the Trust’s legacy radiology workflow system, RadCentre, with Soliton IT’s UK-leading RIS, Radiology+. Soliton IT will be applying their integration expertise to successfully implement the application alongside Sectra PACS.

Following the award in November 2019, the project is due for implementation imminently with the intended Go-Live scheduled for May 2020. Soliton IT is delighted to add yet another London Trust to the #TeamSoliton network and wishes to thank the Trust and procurement representatives involved for their support during this exercise.

Bob Childe, National Sales Manager, comments:

“After our recent achievements in the North West London Radiology network, we see further success with one of the sites also adopting our RIS application. Soliton IT is delighted to continue our growth into London Trusts, increasing our portfolio and securing Radiology+ as a leading RIS solution in the UK.”
