PRESS RELEASE 11.06.07 Soliton IT Limited today announces that the company has entered into a partnership agreement with the TPS Healthcare Group. The agreement means that in addition to Soliton IT, TPS will also market and distribute Soliton IT’s Speech Processing systems, including the Company’s popular integrated speech recognition, digital dictation and workflow products. TPS is well known for its eFilm PACS and workflow products across hospitals in the UK, which were originally developed and brought to market by two of the Company Directors. The eFilm products were very successful and ultimately acquired by Merge Technologies Inc.. Since then TPS has continued to grow and the company is now a large distributor of Radiology Imaging equipment with a commanding position in the UK marketplace. The Company has an established distribution and support network with offices in Cumbernauld, Scotland and Wellingborough, Northants. With over 80 staff and nationwide engineering support, TPS provide 24/7 support, help desk and remote diagnosis via their N3 facilities. |
