| How much is delivery ? | Standard delivery is £4.95 (2-3 days). Next working day delivery is £7.95. Delivery to the Channel Islands is £19.95. Delivery to other EU countries is £37.00. |
| What couriers do you use ? | We use Parcel Force, Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail first class signed for service. We use DHL for shipments outside the UK. We provide you with tracking information. |
| Do you hold stock ? | Soliton IT is a Philips Master Distributor / Integrator. Your order will be shipped either from our own stock or directly to you from Philips. |
| What about the warranty ? | At least 12 months warranty is provided on all items (except consumable items - e.g. batteries). |
| How long will it take to get an item repaired under warranty ? | Turnaround time is usually 7-10 days and can sometimes be quicker. |
| How do I return an item ? | You must first send an email to customerservices@solitonit.com stating the reason you wish to return the item and we will get back to you with instructions. |
| Can I get a discount ? | All items are discounted and we offer a further 2.5% discount for orders over £1,000. Our clearance section offers further reductions on some items. |
| How can I pay ? | We accept PayPal, Google Checkout and most credit and debit cards. HSBC provide secure credit / debit card processing. |
| Is VAT added for orders taken from the Channel Islands ? | VAT will be refunded for orders taken from companies or individuals based in the Channel Islands. |
| Do you accept Official Purchase Orders ? | Yes we do, but for organisations other than the NHS and other UK government departments we require payment by cheque before we can ship the goods. Email customerservices@solitonit.com with your requirements. |
