After graduating in Physics at Cambridge University, Ed joined IBM where he gained experience in software design and development. Ed first began working with Speech Recognition systems at Amersham Medical Systems where he helped design and develop one of the first fully integrated Speech Processing systems for Radiology.

Bob also begin his IT career at IBM and he went on to work as a software consultant for a number of years. He was Co-founder of  Amersham Medical Systems, a software company specialising in Radiology Systems.  Bob became CEO of the Company which ultimately become a Market Leading supplier of Radiology Information Systems.

Monica graduated with a major in Physics and post graduate studies in Medical Imaging and began her career as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Brisbane.  With a passionate interest in technology and Computer software, she applied her medical background and went on to develop a very successful career in Sales of healthcare systems.
