One of these initiatives is the Soliton IT Support Portal which allows customers to both maximise use of their deployed system and engage directly with us with any issues or queries. As the Portal is web-based, users can register and access the system from any location and the comprehensive structure of the Portal enables users to submit tickets and monitor progress of the issue throughout the entire process.
As our designated Support team is located at our UK Head Office -alongside Technical Development – you can be assured of optimum service and technical competence. The team receives regular systems training from both our in-house developers and key industry vendors where integrated technologies apply.
